　　As we work together to strive for our common TCK · W cause, I ask everyone to familiarize themselves with the following concepts, which will serve as the principles and principles of our TCK · W people.

　　We are well aware that the nature of human pursuit of a better life is immutable throughout history, and the ways and means to achieve this desire are constantly updated and enriched with the progress of the times. If we cannot continuously provide products and services that surpass our predecessors for society and customers in the field we are involved in, we will lose the basis and reason for survival.

　　We understand that we are in a period of rapid development, where various products and services compete fiercely in the market. New means that may replace existing products and services may be quietly breeding in unknown corners; Many companies and their employees have a greater passion for creativity and are working harder and more seriously. If we cannot surpass them, we will lose the qualification to provide services for society and customers, and our existing Lebensraum will give way to our competitors due to our laziness.

　　We acknowledge that our own happiness and the elements that make up it, such as stability in work, joy in life, dignity in personality, and opportunities for development, are entirely sustained by our technical ability and service level to meet the requirements of society and customers. If they do not choose us, our own happiness will become a water without a source, a tree without roots.

　　Furthermore, we realize that any product or service we offer today that meets customer requirements carries richer knowledge, skills, wisdom, and proficiency. All of this is not only concentrated on the leadership of the enterprise and a few elite talents, but also condensed by the strong sense of responsibility and joint efforts of all members with different division of labor within the enterprise. The qualification to contribute to society and humanity depends on us to strive for. For this, we must work together in times of adversity and enjoy both good and bad.

　　In order to achieve this cohesion and face a harsher competitive environment in the future, we need to reach a contract: a solemn agreement between the enterprise and employees, individuals and collectives, teams and society. And use this contract to unify our ideas, regulate our behavior, motivate our fighting spirit, and grow our talents. Otherwise, we will not be able to embark on a rational path that enables the enterprise to continuously succeed and ultimately grow into the world's number one in the field of wire rope testing.
