The story behind the case
During the communication process, the customer found a pressure tube rope, which is the place with the smallest force point. Usually, there is very little force applied. The customer used our online system and is also very familiar with our product. Finding this sample rope is also a test for our portable machine, including detection rate, repetition rate, and accuracy,Our product was found to have a huge damage during the first inspection process, but it cannot be seen from the appearance. The customer also shook their head and said it is impossible [usually used less, so the maintenance is good, and the rope cannot be seen from the appearance]Seeing this situation, I am very familiar with our product and confident in it. We hope the customer can conduct another inspection, which has put pressure on our portable device. In the end, two damages were detected. At the same location, the damage values showed internal damage, and the effective cross-sectional area of the metal was 9%. The customer didn't believe this value very much. We opened the steel wire rope and found that a total of 9 pieces were severely corroded internally, which is the same as our portable device report.
The customer saw this scene and was puzzled as to why there was such a situation in this location,This injured part usually has an oil tray. Due to the water leakage hole being blocked by dead mice, the water level rises, and the steel wire rope picks up water. This part is pulled tightly, so water constantly enters the internal corrosion of the steel wire rope, causing such a hidden danger. Fortunately, the rope was replaced, but an unexpected problem was discovered by us. The customer is satisfied with our product, and we are also full of confidence in our own product.
